Fixed Prices

Taradale Law has fixed prices for straightforward conveyancing transactions. There are extra costs if the transaction involves a lifestyle property/company/trust/unit title/leasehold or there are multiple properties involved. Should extra work be required Mary will advise you of any extra costs and discuss these costs with you to ensure you are charged a fair fee for the work carried out. Costs are paid on settlement for conveyancing.

All fees are plus GST and Disbursements (e.g. LINZ fees). A Bureau charge (incl. GST) applies to all files.
